Typogriphy for WordPress

At the end of last May, Jeff Croft announced a library of Django tem­plate fil­ters that employ sev­eral rules to auto­mat­i­cally improve web typography:

Bless them. Unfor­tu­nately, what I really wanted was some­body to make this into a plugin for Word­Press. Wouldn’t that be nice.

On a side note, Typogrify includes the plugin widont, cre­ated by Shaun Inman. I had never heard of this plugin before. Basi­cally, it pre­vents widows in your type.
