Ambiguous Safety Pictographs

The US government has released a new website http://www.ready.gov for information about how to be safe from a terrorist attack. There are some really helpful pictographs to induce swift action on the part of the illiterate folk and slow readers.

The problem with the pictographs is that the are somewhat ambiguous. Fortunately, someone has already interpreted the meaning of the pictographs for us:
